Check the printed facts. Ask for the evidence.
Built for parents to question the paper, with exact references they can check themselves.
Choose a report on this device. Two limited checks look for an impossible printed trial count or a reversed printed reporting period. Review topics are kept separate from confirmed text inconsistencies.

What these results mean
A printed inconsistency means that the quoted values contradict the labeled relationship. It does not establish why, whether the extraction preserved the original correctly, or whether care was inappropriate.
Ask the provider to reconcile the quoted entry or show the missing context. A present keyword does not prove a procedure was done; an absent keyword does not prove it was omitted. The tool does not classify a company as honest, dishonest, safe, or unsafe.
Check one line yourself
Made-up example: a line says “Total trials: 10; Correct trials: 12.” Twelve correct trials cannot fit inside ten total trials. Compare the original labels and ask which entry needs correction.
Try it: no keyword match. Does that prove missing care?
Answer: no. Equivalent wording, another document, an image, or extraction failure may explain it. Ask for the evidence and review its context.
Print the five questions · Learn how to check a provider
The two automated rules test count containment and calendar order. Broader public statements and individual advice have different boundaries: BACB Ethics Code, section 5. These checks are not an audit of compliance with that code.

2. Check the printed relationships.
Only two explicit English/Spanish field formats are checked. Other wording, charts, unreadable pages, and the 24 discussion topics need manual review. No A–F grade is issued.
Evidence review
24 topics to review, not 24 automatic findings
These discussion topics come from Chase's CSUN coursework. A clinician, funder, or contract may require different documentation. Confirm applicability and the underlying evidence before calling anything a deficiency. The named professors have not reviewed or endorsed these automated results.
| Taught by | Review topic | Question to discuss |
|---|---|---|
| Dr. Adzhyan | Goals are written out, one skill each | Which skills are being taught right now? May I see them written as goals? |
| Dr. Adzhyan | Every goal carries a number (percent, trials, count or minutes) | For each goal, what number would tell us it is met? |
| Dr. Adzhyan | Each goal states where the skill started (a baseline) | Where did each goal start? Which number was measured before teaching began? |
| Dr. Adzhyan | Mastery is defined (how good, for how many sessions) | What counts as done for each goal, and over how many sessions? |
| Dr. Adzhyan | Each goal has an estimated date of mastery | When is each goal expected to be met? |
| Dr. Adzhyan | A named assessment sits behind the goals (VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, AFLS, PEAK and the like) | Which assessment were these goals chosen from, and when was it last given? |
| Dr. Adzhyan | The teaching procedures are named (prompting and fading, reinforcement, chaining, shaping, DTT or NET) | How is each skill being taught, step by step, and how are prompts being faded? |
| Dr. Adzhyan | Caregivers have their own goals | What am I being taught to do at home, and how is my progress measured? |
| Dr. Jin | Behaviors are defined so a stranger could see them (an operational definition) | Can you read me the definition of the behavior, in words a stranger could check? |
| Dr. Jin | The measure is named (frequency, rate, duration, latency, percent of trials, intervals) | How is each behavior counted, and who counts it? |
| Dr. Jin | Current numbers are reported next to the starting numbers | For each goal, what is the number today, and what was it at the last report? |
| Dr. Jin | The data are graphed | May I see the graph for each goal? |
| Dr. Jin | A second observer checks the data (interobserver agreement) | How often does a second person take data at the same time, and how well do they agree? |
| Dr. Jin | The plan is checked for being run as written (treatment integrity) | How do you check that the plan is run the way it is written, and how often? |
| Dr. Jin | The function of any problem behavior is named, from a functional assessment | Why does the behavior happen, in your assessment, and how was that found out? |
| Dr. Jin | A replacement behavior is taught instead (not just a behavior stopped) | What is my child being taught to do instead, and does it work for the same reason? |
| Dr. Kazemi | Each goal has a status read from the data (mastered, in progress, on hold) | Which goals are met, which are moving, which are stuck? |
| Dr. Kazemi | A decision is written for a goal that is not moving | What changes when a goal has not moved for a month? |
| Dr. Kazemi | Supervision is reported with a number (hours or percent) | How many hours of BCBA supervision were given this period, and what percent of sessions is that? |
| Dr. Kazemi | Staff are trained and checked (BST, competency, fidelity, feedback) | How was the person working with my child trained on this plan, and how is that checked? |
| Dr. Kazemi | Hours authorized and hours delivered are both reported, with the gap explained | How many hours were authorized, how many were delivered, and why the difference? |
| Dr. Kazemi | The paper is clean: no template prompts, blanks or placeholders left in | If template text remains, who reviews and corrects it before delivery? |
| Dr. Kazemi | Not copied from the last report (needs two reports to check) | Which passages, if any, are word for word the last report? What changed this period? |
| Dr. Kazemi | A plan ahead: next goals, generalization to home and school, fading toward discharge | What are the next goals, how will skills carry over to home and school, and what is the plan to need fewer hours? |
