DRAGENFlow is a program you download and double-click. It then sets up a complete email workflow on your computer by itself: every afternoon it files a copy of each new message under a category on your computer, without moving anything in Outlook, and writes a draft reply where one is needed, ready for you to check.

No consultant to configure it. No IT project. No monthly automation builder to learn. The setup is the product.

Built for ABA by a practicing BCBA. It installs from a single download, its daily run never sends your email to an outside AI, and it never sends a message on its own.

What it does

Every afternoon, at the time you choose.

1. Reads new mail

It opens Outlook on the web in a browser window, the same way you would, and reads what arrived since the last run. Mail it opens shows as read, just as it would for you.

2. Sorts it

It files a copy of each message on your computer, under a category that means something to your practice, so what needs you today stops being buried. Nothing is moved in Outlook.

3. Drafts the replies

It writes a short draft for each message that needs a reply and puts it in your Outlook Drafts folder. You read it, edit it, and send it — or delete it.

The two promises

It never sends. Client information stays on your computer.

In ABA, your inbox is full of protected health information. So DRAGENFlow was built around two rules that are part of how it is written, not settings you have to go and find.

It never sends email. Every reply waits in your Drafts folder until a person clicks Send. There is no setting that makes it send.
The daily run never sends your email to an outside AI. Sorting and drafting happen on your own machine. Anything that looks like client information stays on your computer, always.
The “Hey DRAGEN” helper is optional. It can only use an outside AI (Anthropic's Claude or OpenAI's Codex) if one of those accounts is installed on the computer, and only for requests with no client information. In the ABA setup it stays on your computer.
It installs per person, logged in as that person, so each clinician's mail stays with that clinician.

Said plainly. Your mail already lives in Microsoft Outlook, and DRAGENFlow reads it there through your browser. What stays on your computer is the part that matters: the AI that sorts and drafts your mail. You still review every word before anything leaves your outbox.

What you need

Each person signs in once, at the end of setup, in the browser window it opens.

The first computer takes 15–30 minutes, mostly downloading. After that it runs on its own every day.
