Consultation for families and case teams, systems work for schools and organizations, training for a team, or a question about the software. One address, read by one person.

Before you write

Please leave the clinical details out of the first email.

Ordinary email is not a secure channel. It passes through servers neither of us control, and it sits in two mailboxes afterwards. That is fine for “I am a parent in this district, my son is seven, can you help” — and it is the wrong place for a name, a diagnosis, a record number, or an incident description.

So: say what kind of help you are looking for and roughly what the situation is. A secure way to share the details gets arranged from there. This is the same reasoning behind everything on the software side — and it is why there is no contact form on this page. A form is one more company holding a message that might contain a child's name.
