You should know exactly what you are agreeing to before we meet, not after. Every line on this page is true of DRAGEN today. If one ever stops being true, this page changes before the next conversation does.
For everyone
What holds for every customer.
- DRAGEN LLC never receives your data. No telemetry, no usage data, and the license check works offline, on your own computer.
- Nothing sends by itself. DRAGEN writes drafts. A person clicks Send. There is no setting that changes that.
- Client and student information stays on your computer. Anything that looks like client or student information is handled by an AI on your own computer and goes no further. The code enforces it, and there is no override.
- The online helper is optional. The “Hey DRAGEN” helper can only use an outside AI (Anthropic's Claude or OpenAI's Codex) if one of those accounts is installed on the computer, and only for tasks with no client information. ABA, school and family setups keep it on your computer.
- We never sell data, never show ads, and never profile students.
- Remote help only when you ask. You watch the screen the whole time and can end it whenever you want. Nothing is copied and nothing is kept.
- You make every decision. We are not your lawyer, your clinician or your billing auditor. DRAGEN suggests; people decide.
- We never contact families or clients we know through Chase's employer. DRAGEN is Chase's own company, kept separate from his clinical job.

What protects you, depending on who you are.
Families
Your hub runs on your own computer, in your home. There is no DRAGEN cloud holding your child's records. Family setups use a mode that keeps everything on your computer, with the strictest privacy rules DRAGEN has.
It is an organizer, not a doctor, therapist, lawyer or educator. We will never sell your data, never hold your child's data, and never contact your child.
ABA practices and clinics
DRAGENAudit opens no network connection and uses arithmetic, not AI. It gives findings for your review, not billing, clinical or legal determinations.
If we could ever see client data — a setup or support session on a machine that holds it, or a chart review where you send us files — we sign a Business Associate Agreement first, every time. Anything sent before it is signed stays unopened.
Schools and districts
Student information stays on the school's own computers, with no override.
We could only ever see student records during setup or support that you ask for, and a Student Data and FERPA Addendum is signed first. At the end of the contract, or whenever you ask, any record we ever held is returned or destroyed, with a certificate.
Money, plainly
Try it first. Leave whenever you like.
A 24-hour free trial
Of each program you download. No card and no signup. It never turns into a paid plan by itself, and anything it makes during the trial is marked as a trial copy.
Terms before payment
Before you pay anything, you see the renewal terms, the refund terms and how to cancel. Prices are shared on the call while they are being finalized.
Cancel online
Any time, without calling anyone. You get a reminder before any yearly renewal.
The paperwork
What you would be asked to sign.
These agreements are being finalized with legal review. You get the final copies to read and take away before anything is signed. Nobody pushes a signature in the room.
- Everyone: Terms of Use, including a section for families and other individual buyers.
- A setup: a Setup and Care Agreement, and a Remote Access Consent for each support session.
- Clinics: a Business Associate Agreement wherever we could touch health information, and a separate engagement agreement if you hire us for a chart review.
- Schools: a Student Data and FERPA Addendum.
- Before a demo: a mutual non-disclosure agreement, if you would like one.

Proof you can watch in the meeting.
A promise you can test is worth more than a seal. DRAGENAudit has no network code at all, so it runs start to finish with the connection off. The email product puts its drafts in your own Outlook Drafts folder, where they wait for a person.
DRAGEN is Chase Hought, M.S., BCBA — a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who writes the software himself. You deal with him directly, and anyone can check a BCBA's certification on the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's public registry at bacb.com.
Ask the hard questions first.
Bring your privacy officer, your lawyer or your list. The answers are short, because the sensitive data does not go anywhere. Please keep client and student details out of a first email.
