Getting set up

How billing works
No surprises.
- You see the renewal terms before you pay, and you tick the box yourself.
- Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel. Yearly plans renew each year.
- Cancel online any time. No phone call, no "are you sure" offer.
- You get 30 days' notice before any price changes.
- 14-day refund on a first purchase. A forgotten yearly renewal is refunded for the unused part if you ask within 30 days.
- If a plan lapses, the software keeps working for 14 days, then stops. It never deletes your files.
