How to cancel
One minute. No phone call.
You can cancel a DRAGEN subscription at any time, without calling or talking to anyone. There is no “are you sure” offer, and no one will try to talk you out of it.
Two ways.
- Online (fastest). Use the “Manage subscription” link in your Stripe receipt email — it opens your secure customer portal. Enter the email you used to buy, click the sign-in link, then Cancel subscription and Confirm. You will see a confirmation on screen and receive a confirmation email.
- By email. Send a message to chase@dragen.cloud with the subject Cancel, from the email address on your account (or include your order number). We cancel within one business day and email you confirmation.
What happens next.
- No further charges will be made.
- Your licence keeps working until the end of the month you already paid for.
- Nothing on your computer is deleted — your files were always yours, and we never had them.
- You can come back and resubscribe any time.
