The four steps card

One skill, one learner, one card. Fill the top, run the steps in order, and stop when the learner does it right three times in a row without help. How to use it: the lesson.

  2. ShowDo it at ordinary speed, narrating each step. A video counts as show, not as try.
  3. TryThey do it while you watch. Do not rescue them mid-attempt.
  4. FeedbackOne thing right, one thing to change. Then go again.
